Establised in the late 2003, Vfood Ltd. (Vinh Thanh Dat) was the first producer to bring clean egg products back to the supermarket system after the Bird Flu pandemic ended. On the April 19th 2007, the company filed registrations to alter their business organization ownership structure from Ltd. (Limited) to JSC. (Joint Stock Company).
The company main factory currently located at 576 Lạc Long Quân, Ward 5, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City, while their main headquarter located at 350/25 Route 1A, An Phú Đông Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City.
Under the guidances and leadership from the Board of Directors and the cooperation from the experienced and skillful workforce, the company has developed and expanding continuously over the years. In 2010, Vfood recorded approximately above 100 billion VND in revenue stream, this number then rised to above 250 billion VND in 2014.
Through the implementation of policies regarding products quality and food safety protocols, the company had innovated the quality control procedures continuously to dish out the highest of highest quality of products for the consumer. In October 2010, Vfood replace their current products assembly line with Moba, a Dutch automatic processing and packaging assembly line.

Vfood proudly to be the first eggs supplier in Vietnam to received the certificate of production under the quality management system HAACCP and ISO 9001:2008.

Furthermore, the company was voted “Hàng Việt Nam Chất Lượng Cao” (The Vietnamese High Quality Product – Global Intergration Standard) by the consumer for many years.
At the moment, Vfood JSC. is one of the top clean eggs supplier in Vietnam and was assigned responsibility by the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City to maintain price stabilization of egg products for the city.
